25.01.2022 I confess,I prefer PayPal to any other online payment possibility. I do not have to remember my credit card details or find the card in my purse in the middle of the night when am surfing the net. It also has a great dispute, claim and charge-back resolution centre for all, shoppers and sellers included. As part of your customer experience system, do you offer different payment options? Is PayPal part of of the choices?

In this blog he talks about what to focus on as a retailer but I feel that his thoughts can be translated to other industries too. 15.01.2022 Generic email address and shared mailbox can increase client satisfaction and reduce employee stress level. I see many clients have their employees name as a business email such as Peter from admin has an email address of [email protected]. I always recommend to change that trend and give a generic name such as [email protected]. You might ask why is that? Simply because employees come and go, usually those communications Peter handled, after his leave and the email account c...losed, no one can get to the correspondence. I had many personal experiences and am sure you had too, walked into that trap. I had to send the information again and wait for someone to read them, get familiar with the case and might get a reply weeks later. This kind of situation is very unproductive, time consuming, you will look unprofessional who does not know what is going on in your business and dealings with clients/customers. Ultimately you will create an unsatisfied customer. P.S. if you make that generic email box a shared one is even better, other employees can access it easily and act on it. Great for quick response and build customer/client satisfaction and reduce employee stress level
