20.01.2022 This is my beautiful mumma, she is my best friend and my absolute biggest supporter! She went to hospital last week for a somewhat simple operation and has come out with internal bleeding and more problems then she went in with! She’s now back in hospital with no date to when she will be out. I’ve tried so hard to be positive but honestly when someone you love more then anything is in so much pain and there’s nothing you can do to fix that, positive thinking is almost impossible. BUT she’s the strongest woman I know with the biggest heart and the most beautiful soul! She’s a fighter and I have no doubt she can make it through this!!! Thank you to everyone for the beautiful messages and all the love, if I haven’t replied to you I will, I’m just processing everything and have needed time, but it hasn’t gone unnoticed
11.01.2022 My excitement for bed is on a whole new level now that it feels like a cloud Does anyone else dream really vividly and as soon as you wake up forget the wholeeee thing or remember little bits of like 70 different dreams orrrrrrr remember everything and suddenly have a different way of seeing life!? Cause I do. I write my dreams in a journal because sometimes when I’m stressed or have to make a choice etc etc my dreams will hold meaning or point me towards that feeling or opportunity or decision. It’s different for everyone but try writing them down and you will be surprised at some of the meanings behind them

02.01.2022 For an hour tonight I layed in the bath listening to music and trying to disconnect from the world and connect more with myself. I spent this week crying, hating myself and feeling very low and highly anxious about my life at this point in time. But I made it to Friday and I’m proud of myself for that. A glass of wine is much needed
02.01.2022 The beach is like my lil happy place I’m sure it’s the same for many others as well ! When ever I feel anxious or stressed or feel like the world is out to get me, I’ll take myself to beach and sit on the sand and listen and watch the ocean. Doing this helps me feel grounded and for a split second I have no worries. It also helps me think clearly, a lot of the time my brain is scrambled and I’m thinking about a million different things at once, so taking myself away for an ...hour or so to just disconnect, calms my thoughts and helps me think clearly. It’s one of the many ways I cope with my anxiety and it’s funny the more stressed out I am the closer I get to the water. If I just need a break I’ll sit in my car and watch the waves, if I feel lost and a tad stressed I’ll sit on the sand which is most of the time and if I have an anxiety attack and feel helpless I’ll be right at the waters edge if not in it completely.
