His career prior to Kerleys saw him in a number of national and state operational leadership roles predominately associated with the liquor and wine industry.... Those roles saw Hugh and his family leave Geelong in 1995 and move to Perth, Kalgoorlie, back to Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, Sydney once again, Melbourne and finally back to the Bellarine in 2015. Hugh has owned four houses, rented a few more and moved 14 times associated with his career. Hugh has had some fantastic holidays, met some great friends and experienced some unique parts of Australia in that time. Hugh’s role at Kerleys is Sales specialist. Lucy’s ability to connect with people and develop genuine relationships is a key aspect of her job which she has developed over several years working in retail. With a real estate career dating back to 2002, and specialising in property management, Wade has been involved with the management of some of his client’s big portfolios way back when they started on a single rental property.
