11.01.2022 Fridays thought ... Said the Eye one day, I see beyond these valleys a mountain veiled with blue mist. Is it not beautiful? The Ear listened, and after listening intently awhile, said, But where is any mountain? I do not hear it.... Then the Hand spoke and said, I am trying in vain to feel it or touch it, and I can find no mountain. And the Nose said, There is no mountain, I cannot smell it. Then the Eye turned the other way, and they all began to talk together about the Eyes strange delusion. And they said, Something must be the matter with the Eye. - Kahlil Gibran "The Eye"

08.01.2022 When life was normal I ran a group called the Creative Journaling Studio; a small creative community that met once a month to explore life and self through a journaling practice. At the moment Im sending out a monthly reflection with some journaling prompts that focus on a particular theme. As we enter the last month of Autumn, the theme for May is Release - reflecting on the process of letting go. If youre curious, heres the link https://www.dropbox.com/s/myqsikqx8lai66t/Release.pdf?dl=0
