25.01.2022 I am slow starting off 2021 having enjoyed some amazing family time. 2020 was challenging but it also had plenty of rewards. Intimate marriages which were special and other Couples showing their strong commitments to wait in hope of celebrating with family and friends. LOVE was always the winner. I am always here for you no matter what you choose. Happy 2021, I choose to be KIND, CARING, POSITIVE and SUPPORTIVE!

COVID19 impacted their plans but they decided they couldn’t wait to celebrate any longer. Harp music by the pool by Kathleen Campbell was simply beautiful. I love the setting at the Ocean International. Starcut beautiful decorating as always!

19.01.2022 Yesterday I went for a walk around the reopened Queens Park. Always a favourite place of mine for the Cathedral Figs, Orchid house and various options for Marriage Ceremonies. There are certainly going to be some beautiful settings in twelve months time when the grass has grown. The hive of activity with families picnicking was wonderful to see. Well done Mackay Regional Council. Let’s do something to utilise Dumbleton Weir as a backdrop!

04.01.2022 Note Park was just glorious for the sunset wedding of Isabeu and Brody Edmonds. It was so very special to be part of their magical day with smiles, laughter and hugs. I got a little wobbly when I looked over at Elizabeth and read the words "A mother holds her children's hands for a little while but she holds their hearts forever, and Children are like flowers the more they are loved the more they grow." You know this pair have been loved as they have grown into such an amazing couple. Congratulations Mr & Mrs EDMONDS lol!

04.01.2022 Last Saturday was Bree and Darcy’s wedding day at Finch Hatton Showgrounds. I was amazed at the beauty of the campgrounds fir the ceremony under the paperbark/willow trees. The reception was in the ‘show hall’ were most of us would have grabbed a snack. It came up stunning. What a great spot! The photo opportunities are unlimited in an area of personality.
