06.01.2022 Have you ever been interested in an iridology/nutrition consultation? Through studying iridology, I have learnt to look into the iris, the coloured part of the ...eye, and determine an individual's health needs. The theory is that the iris contains nerve fibres connected to various part of the body through a nerve pathway in the cranial nerves. This information (from each organ of the body) is relayed to the iris via the oculomotor nerve. The health of each organ is determined by examining the colour, lightness/darkness, shape and depth of the fibres of the iris. This is a tool used by many naturopaths and can tell not only a lot about what is going on in the individual's body, but the strengths, weaknesses, constitution, personality traits and much more. I can therefore give advice on diet, weight loss and general wellbeing, and also prepare a personal daily/weekly meal plan suited for each individual. It is a fun and interesting way of increasing awareness of health and wellbeing.
