16.01.2022 Do you ever feel like you just don’t know what to do? Yep I don’t know anyone who doesn’t .... It’s human nature to want to hide from your challenges and kinda cocoon Yet The easiest and quickest way forward is to take that step and ask for help .. But that means you have to be vulnerable .. Scary word Scary emotion To be vulnerable means you can seriously get burnt BUT To be vulnerable means you can climb mountains It’s so much more fun climbing a mountain with someone then to do it alone .. 12.01.2022 Have you ever ....????? Have u ever tried to eat a big salad fast ??? If you have you would note how hard that actually is ..... Which brings me to a point Sure salad is nutritious and has lots of tick the box nutrition But It also ticks a number of other boxes that don’t include nutrition You have to eat slow You have to take a dedicated time out You have to chew And with this time You get to recharge - let your digestion keep up - recharge the brain - allows the gut to tell the brain that You are full- hormones are now happier From a metabolic health and wellness perspective we have just set you up so that you are not fighting cravings all afternoon .. you have more energy and you just feel better Note it’s the little things that can change the big things .. 10.01.2022 Don’t Panic - you are normal ... Have you ever achieved something Like lose weight for example ..... Felt super proud of what you have done Given validation by all those around you Then Something happens .....: You revert backwards No matter what you do it seems you can’t stop reverting back into those old and bad habits that you thought you had conquered .... Well The good news is you are normal And You are doing exactly what you are designed to do The question is can and how do you change long term and forever ?? Well there are a number of areas to work on 1 is AWARENESS Be aware of what why how and where ... Then use all those tools you have to make small steps to change .. Because honestly habits and behaviours are there for a reason They are not easy to change And they are lurking in wait at all times So don’t give Up and Feel like you failed again Embrace the fact that you are a survivor and you are normal ..
