07.01.2022 A personal note for today: It’s Are You Ok Day.... Today I share the faces of Kerri-Louise - because I know that we all have many faces. Those we show, those we don’t, those who might not be ok, but that others don’t see. ... This is me. Sometimes I’m relaxed with my children. Sometimes I’m worn thin. I am a professional working mother and some days are harder than others. I’m really aware that we don’t all show how we are on our faces. It’s often because in dark moments, we actually don’t show anyone our face. I want to apologise if I don’t ask are you ok enough. It’s a really simple question. And I realise I don’t ask it because of the smiling faces that I see. Today I am going to make sure I ask it more often, no matter what face I see looking back at me. It might be that person that just needs to hear it.
