21.01.2022 Thank god!! How great is it to know that it isn’t all rainbows and puppies and glitter?! Sometimes instead, healing looks messy - like big ugly crying (which feels so good!!) or anxiety, or depression, or just not knowing... And it’s all ok. Deep down we know it won’t last forever. (Even if it feels different in the moment!) One thing I have learnt is to reach out when I need it - so now I talk about the feels, I book my massage/reiki/shirodhara- I have my go tos, and not just when I’m feeling shitty, but when I’m feeling good too. Giving myself permission without the guilt or I shouldn’t really, I don’t have enough time/money/I’ll be ok Been there. Done that. Can I just say that it feels sooooo much better to talk it out, get the support you need, however that may look! YOU are worth it. Pop me down as part of your support system - not just as a therapist (you totally can) but also as someone to have a cuppa with (or wine, who are we kidding!) I’m a really good listener Anyway, this has become quite an essay!! Just know that you are amazing and I’m here for you beautiful

We had a lovely week of sun, family and friends - watching my kids play together without too much fighting (I won’t lie, there were moments!) not really cooking, more wine than usual, book reading - all the good things A reminder of why it’s really nice to actually go away for a break... But it’s good to be home!! I’m ready to eat nourishing food, exercise, go to the creek, get back into the swing of things Also ready to take appointments and bookings for yoga!!
