25.01.2022 A huge thank you and shout out to Emipeli Design a local designer who has worked tirelessly over the weekend to provide all of our staff with masks with very short notice-some even in Kerr's green! We are working very hard at Kerr's to keep all staff and customers safe. Fortunately with regional restrictions we continue to operate as normal. We are thinking of all Hire Companies in Melbourne whom we consider friends and colleagues as they navigate stage 4 restrictions. Let's do this Victoria.

16.01.2022 Our New Vac Excavator is ready to hire. The new machine can take up to 567 litres of waste (190 litres more than the old one) and has 300 litres of fresh water. The trailer has electric brakes fitted with a blue tooth controller, this allows any vehicle with a minimum 2500KG towing capacity to tow it safely and legally, even if you do not have electric brake controller fitted to your vehicle. Call any of our branches or book online when you need to clean out any pits, locate underground services or dig stump holes safely with water.

Our hours will be as the following: Saturday 13th February Open - 7.30am to 11.30am - Gates closed but opened for items due to come back. We will be able to hire but only for emergency reasons by calling any of our phone numbers. Sunday 14th February - Closed - We will be able to hire but only for emergency reasons by calling any of our phone numbers, staff ...will not be present on site but will be nearby if required. Monday 15th February Open - 7.30am to 11.30am - Gates closed but opened for items due to come back. We will be able to hire but only for emergency reasons by calling any of our phone numbers. Tuesday 16th February - Closed - We will be able to hire but only for emergency reasons by calling any of our phone numbers, staff will not be present on site but will be nearby if required. Whilst it was difficult to turn away customers not deemed too be essential, we did our bit to ensure we all stayed safe and operated correctly under the guidelines issued by the Victorian Government. 01.01.2022 Glad to have assisted in the restoration of the Palais! A well known dance hall and couples meeting place in the 60s. Maybe if this place hadn’t existed the founding and current owners Gary & Heather Kerr might not have met? Would Kerr’s Hire have existed? How wonderful to be a part of rejuvenating this wonderful piece of Geelong history!
