24.01.2022 END OF TERM 1. As term 1 finishes up tomorrow there seems to be a few outstanding payments. Please finalise this as soon as possible. Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon swimmers have completed 6 weeks. Let me know as soon as possible your requirements for term 2 so I can get classes sorted ready to start. 18.01.2022 Hi everyone, wed just like to address the concerns weve received about the Pool recently. The temperature has been lower than ideal for the last few days. The... Pools Heater is running at full power, but has been automatically running Defrost Cycles periodically. These cycles turn the Heater off while it Defrosts the pipes, and on these cold days the water temperature drops much faster than its able to rise. We are doing everything we can to ensure the temperature remains at 34-35 degrees, we have a technician coming out ASAP to service the heater. The water temperature as of 12pm today is 30.3 degrees, rising about 0.1 degree every 2 hours. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences caused by these problems. We are also still learning how these problems occur and will do our best to prevent them from occurring in the future. Thank you for your patience and co-operation.

15.01.2022 Week 1 already done!!! There have been a few changes to get use to but hopefully everything will run smoothly. I for one am a bit tired tonight but it has been so good to see everyone and we dont seem to have forgotten too much.

12.01.2022 Fantastic morning at the pool. I missed everyone last week. Great to see everyone happy and excited to be in the water. I get so excited to see our little humans developing skills in the water but also in other areas. Since coming back after restrictions lifted i have really noticed a lot of our younger swimmers have so many more words they can say. Love it when they talk to me.

09.01.2022 Hi swim school family. I hope everyone is well. I am planning to resume with term 3, hopefully by then we will have an idea of how things are going with school resumed and more restrictions lifted. I have had many of you let me know what you want to do which is great and if you havnt touched base there is still time to do so. I was lucky enough yesterday to get back in the water which was amazing, I cant wait to see everyone.

05.01.2022 COVID SAFETY * Limit of 1 adult per child No excess spectators. * Showers closed but change rooms are open. Please limit time in these areas.... * Social distancing rules apply on pool deck. * Please do not attend if you or your child is showing any cold/flu like symptoms. * Please do not come to swimming if you or someone in your household has entered Tasmania in the past 14 days and should be in self isolation or you are awaiting covid test results. * Please use sanitiser provided. * Antibacterial wipes and sanitiser spray also provided for you to use. * Cleaning of equipment will take place between classes. * Please be mindful of others, a little patience may be required when moving around the pool and when entering and exiting the building. * Do not arrive too early for your class this limits numbers. Thank you for your cooperation. If we all do our bit we can return to swimming safely. I for one am excited to see everyone and have some fun.

05.01.2022 SHOWERS CLOSED Change rooms are open but showers are not in use. Hopefully this is short term but even when they are open I would encourage where possible to rug up and head home for a shower. Hooded towels, dressing gowns, trackies or onesies are great for this and a beanie to keep heads warm. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is out of my hands.
