21.01.2022 Arthur Findlay College in the UK runs courses from Jan to Dec, most are weekly courses and some are for a few days. The tuition is first rate, the college building and grounds are stunning and the tutors and students are from all around the world and are wonderful people. For anyone looking to enhance their mediumship and psychic abilities, I can’t recommend this college enough. It’s life changing
21.01.2022 Chapter 14, Sitting in circle .By this stage we had settled in very happily at Alfred Crescent, and we tried as best we could to keep going on in a positive... way in our respective lives. 19.01.2022 Chapter 11 continued, Moving house .The task of packing up was horrendous, not just in Sam’s bedroom but in every room of our large and over-filled home. It... wasn’t a matter of just sorting out excess possessions, it was also a matter of me knowing I would have to cull approximately seventy per cent of our total belongings in order to fit things into our comparatively tiny new home. .Much of the furniture was not going to Fitzroy North, which just so happened to be the bulk of it, was unexpectedly sold the day before the garage sale to old neighbourhood friends of ours, Helene and Jim. It pleased Sergio and I greatly to know that a big part of our Farnham Street home would remain intact, just at another location. Jingles and Megan were the last treasures to leave Farnham Street, and surprisingly they moved in without much ado at all. Just like in Amsterdam, where I was so very aware that it is the people who make a home, Jingles and Megan obviously felt the same way, because they settled in immediately simply because Sergio and I were there. 18.01.2022 Chapter 16 continued, The importance of celebrating birthdays and anniversaries .Sergio arranged for a professional photograph to be taken of the ‘Da Vinci’... masterpiece on the back of Ann and Lorenzo’s shed, and we had it screen printed onto black tee shirts to be handed out at Sam’s twenty-first birthday party. ..Clear thinking was not a strength on that day. I went to the young man who operated the guillotine and had the pages all cut evenly in half. 10.01.2022 Chapter 13, Graffiti tags and stories It was the day of Sam’s memorial service that I discovered our son had a love for something both Sergio and I hated: gra...ffiti! From among all of Sam’s nicknames- Sammy, Da Vinci, SOS, Sam A- there was also Clerk and Clerks. Our car was in the photograph, with a tarpaulin tossed over it. The ‘sign’ was missed in an earlier photograph, from a different newspaper, because of the angle of the shot. In this photo, you could clearly see that the power pole had been tagged directly behind where all three boys had passed away, and the signature was ‘Clerk’.. On my first day catching the number eleven tram into work from our new tram stop, which is only metres away from our home, I happened to look at the base of the light pole just as my tram was pulling up. Here, for all to see, was another piece of sideways painted graffiti, and the signature belonged to none other than ‘Clerks’!...... 07.01.2022 Chapter 15 continued, My turning point It is impossible to describe our excitement as we were driven up the lengthy driveway to the three-story red brick Vi...ctorian mansion that had been a world-renowned teaching college for mediums for fifty-one years.. .Our group of twenty-eight studying ‘Journey of the Soul’ was broken into two smaller groups, those who were very experienced mediums and people like us. All of the other sixty or so students at the college that week were studying other courses in different classrooms. .During the first week at college, I had a number of feathers come my way. 06.01.2022 Chapter 12 continued, Signs and messages When Sandra first mentioned that Sam was also sending us messages by leaving small white feathers, I was actually a... little sceptical; it was all sounding too generic and whimsical. I preferred the more specific messages about dead plants, the need to laugh while bike riding and park chats. I certainly wasn’t doubting Sandra at all, it just seemed a bit too airy fairy. I can’t honestly remember when I saw my first little white feather, but I do know it came at a time when I needed such a sign, and it lifted my heart more than I can describe.. ..Of course, Carla and I wanted to see this painting for ourselves, and we all stood there stunned by a painted likeness to Sam. It was as if we had commissioned the painting to be done from an old photograph. 05.01.2022 Chapter 14 continued, Sitting in circle ..Through the wonders of this altered state of mind I am also able to be with Sam, dad and all of the spirits who hav...e gone before me, and I feel that it’s my way to visit with them, just as they return the favour and make their presence known in my dreams. ..She had seen Sam reclining on our couch at home wearing a pair of boxer shorts and a tee shirt, his standard ‘uniform’ at Farnham Street when we didn’t have visitors. Kristen said that Sam was trying to get the cat’s attention on the end of the couch. ..That night, almost as if on cue, Megan started her raucous calling and racing around the lounge room. 03.01.2022 It's hard to believe that it's been two years since my book was released in Australia and internationally, so much has happened since then, but importantly, I know that my words and our story have helped many, many people in numerous ways. I'm currently writing another book, this time about demystifying what mediumship is and humanising the people who are the mediums. This is all possible thanks to the wonderful mediums, from five different countries who are sharing their own... unique and amazing stories. It's been a wonderful project to tackle during the Covid-19 lockdown and I can't wait to have it published. More updates to follow as it nears completion. Are you nervous when it comes to mediumship, if so, why? ... If you could sit down with a medium, what would you ask them about what they do? I would love to hear from people who have never had a reading, as well as those who have. I really want this new book to be relevant in answering the many questions that lots of people will have. It’s easy for me to explain mediumship, as being a natural and normal communication between this life and the Afterlife, but for many, that won’t answer their questions at all.
