24.01.2022 This was definitely the scene of a badass workout today. Miss M messages and asked me to kick her butt with HIIT. Eek. Ok. 8 rounds of various moves in a progressive set. 1; 1+2; 1+2+3 ... etc, all the way up to 8 exercises. Done at a 45/15 work/rest time. I definitely have to try this ... though it’s definitely not for the faint hearted. Butt well and truly whooped and a stretch well earned. Well done Miss M! 18.01.2022 So good to get my body moving again this morning, after a couple of weeks needing to rest it a lot. Just over an hour of upper body, including abs, back, chest and shoulders. Heart rate slipped into yellow for a second here or there... but not enough to show on results. Still, not bad for a ‘strength’ day WORKOUT DETAILS: 4 Minute Tabata on Rower... 13.01.2022 Sunday leg sesh with hubby. Glute focused hypertension’s, 45 leg press, front and back squats (focusing on depth rather than weight) and deadlifts at 80% of PB. Sometimes it’s nice to switch it up and focus on different aspects of your workout. Today didn’t burn loads of calories ... but depth has definitely improved!
