25.01.2022 I saw this beautiful wallaby this morning next to the walking path at Walgun (Cape Byron). The original custodians of this land are the Bunjalung people. The Bundjalung Arakwal Bumberlin people, have lived in the coastal landscape around the Byron Bay area for at least 22,000 years. Their name for wallaby is gulambi. The Arakwal Bumberlin name for the headland, 'Walgun,' means 'the shoulder'. It is Australia's most easterly point and is a much loved destination for locals & visitors to the area. From here you can view pods of dolphins and humpback whales as they pass by during migration season.

24.01.2022 If someone had told me I would be putting candles on a doggie cake one day & singing happy bday I would have thought that was a bit ridiculous!!!! How times have changed ! I never realized how deep our love would grow for Bindi when we brought her home almost 4 years ago. She is such an important part of our family- I love watching the different relationship each member of our family has with her and the positive impact she has on each of our lives daily. 20.01.2022 Soul singing to connect you to the heart based warrior aspect within you. I found myself singing this in front of the mirror as I connected to the beautiful warrior aspect of myself today. I placed my right hand on my heart and tapped my chest and rested my left on my power centre (solar plexus chakra) just above the belly button as I sung this. I also was gently marching back and fwd from the mirror. Try this out. Doing this gives you an opportunity to open up your solar ...plexus, heart and throat chakra. Do it until you feel a natural rhythm occurring . Then, let me know how this makes you feel or if you have any questions about this process.

20.01.2022 Having difficulties with the parts of the body listed? This can be caused by your root chakra being out of alignment. Last night the 20 ladies in the 'Empowerment in Perimenopause, menopause & beyond- a time for rebirth ' journey explored their root chakra. We focused on emotions connected to survival, security, stability, safety and the importance of grounding. We all carry around pain & hurt and a range of other heavy emotions and don't realize how much they affect our ...daily lives. The women will be stronger and lighter as they shift their "stuff" and step into their "rebirth". Is YOUR root chakra out of alignment? 19.01.2022 Sending you love if you are feeling any of these emotions right now- the constant changes & challenges we have all been experiencing this year can really throw this chakra out of alignment. The root chakra is our energy centre at the base of our spine which is connected to our physical needs being met and emotional needs such as stability, security & a sense of belonging. We all carry varying degrees of layers/heaviness connected to times where these needs have not been met.... Often it is obvious to us and other times we don't realize we are carrying this. Some of the ways that can assist you to release and heal these layers are through meditation, journalling, energy healing & visiting a trusted therapist. It is always so special to be alongside a person who is following their passion. We began the day with a yin yoga session with Elodie Rodde. Elodie catered beautifully to all levels of yogi ability. I thought I may resemble some of Celeste Barber's poses however with Elodie's guidance I was graceful! I then provided a sound journey with the crystal bowls and... medicine drum as I guided the participants through a meditation of release, rest and reset. x

14.01.2022 WOW! Today marks a year from when I put my big girl undies on (literally! although that's a story for another day) and presented at the Paradigm Shift Summit on the Gold Coast. It was an amazing experience. I loved it and learnt so much from the experience of presenting & listening to the other presenters. The topics delivered were varied. Some of the topics may seem pretty out there to some people however I feel they were so relevant in preparing those of us who attended ...for a variety of perspectives on the whole pandemic experience. You can watch all of the presentations on YT- Paradigm Shift Summit. The creator of this event Anthony O'Flynn and his wife Nina Hansen work tirelessly to create this mind expanding annual event. 13.01.2022 **Written soul language to connect a special client to 'home'** Whilst I was finishing a house cleansing and a healing with a client I was inspired to write soul language which captured the energy of what occurred during the session. This will assist in continuing to activate the tools which came forth in our session. For-... *coming back home to oneself *a sense of home within the house *a strong connection to loved ones *balance & expansion. During a house cleansing I tune in and balance the energies within the house. I do this by tuning into any spirits that are present and communicating to them. I receive information about why they are there and we come up with a solution that suits all involved! Clear boundaries and love are used for this process ! I also receive insights about areas where the energy is blocked and solutions for this. I love that I followed my calling to do this work and that it is now a part of my job description! It is so fulfilling to know that someone feels a greater sense of 'home' after the house cleansing and healing session. Each session is different for each person and is tailored to the individual's needs and the needs of all those who live in the home. Kerry x

12.01.2022 One week ago on the 11th of the 11th I was privileged to lead 30 beautiful women on a sacred womb healing journey in Bangalow. Messages came through from the 12 spiritual grandmothers I work with during meditations and healing journeys. There was a focus on the importance of us women connecting with our power from a place of love rather than power from a 'power over another' approach which comes from a place of fear. Also, the importance of connecting to our feminine... strength and beauty as we work alongside men to balance the masculine and feminine energies within our world . The feeling within the space was one of love and support and relief actually to be able to rest and reset. I have received so much positive feedback and many requests to hold these gatherings regularly. I look forward to holding another in the near future, I feel that the theme or focus will vary for each depending on the guidance that comes through as most needed at that time. 12.01.2022 It is understandable that you may feel ungrounded & uprooted with all the current changes in the world. The fear that arises within you can send you off balance. Your root chakra is your energy centre which looks after this area. It can have blockages due to the changes. To help you to realign this root chakra and to feel steady and supported; visualize roots coming out of your feet & send them down to the core of Mother Earth. Take a long slow breath in and a long slow bre...ath out. Feel the stability & support of Mother Earth. Then bring the warm red earth energy back up through your roots & into every cell of your body. 11.01.2022 'IT IS SAFE TO BE ME' are words that came through to me loud and clear while I was receiving an energy healing session yesterday. It has been a slow process stepping into really being myself and offering that up to the world. Past life images also came up for me as I heard those words. I saw a lifetime where I was killed for being MYSELF and sharing my beliefs and abilities. Pretty brutal hey! There are so many layers within us that can affect us stepping into our uniqueness... and feeling safe to do so. We often don't realise those layers are even there. Society often encourages us to 'fit in'. A sense of belonging is a basic emotional need and often we change who we are or dull ourselves down to fit in. Do you find yourself doing this? With family, friends, work colleagues ...? A sense of belonging is connected to your Root chakra. This energy centre at the base of your spine. If it is blocked you can feel emotions such as this lack of belonging and a fear of not being accepted. If you say to yourself now 'it is safe to be ME' how does this make you feel? 07.01.2022 That feeling...when you try something on in a dressing room... it's a tad tight....you're working up a sweat trying to peel it off...and are on the verge of yelling out for help.. Yep, this was me this morning!!! I captured this pic while I was stuck in a dress!! I have put on a few kilos with hormone changes this year but my mind still thinks I'm a smaller size when I grab the item off the rack !!!!! I can laugh about it but I must say the panic is real for those moments... I am stuck!!!!! Can you relate?!!!!! Hello #perimenopause!!!!

06.01.2022 The Story behind this drawing- Today I have been receiving information from beings who look like that which I have sketched. A regular day at the office (home!) for me! I have been connecting with these beings for a number of years and now when I connect with them I feel familiarity, warmth and a sense of family. I receive insights related to living in tune with nature and all living beings, and with the awareness of our galactic families and creation. They remind me that... there is consciousness and connection in everything. The Indigenous people of the earth knew this but our modern cultures have forgotten and are gradually beginning to remember this. The Bird Tribes are returning to assist us with this remembering. "You will see that creature and environment are inseparable, and that environment does not stop with an ecosystem but extends to include your star-system, and every galaxy resting in the universal sea. ' This is a quote from Ken Carey who wrote a book called 'Return of the Bird Tribes' from his experiences channeling the Bird Tribes. My understanding is that the Bird Tribes have been here on the earth before and are returning to assist us during these current times of change. I always use my discernment when connecting to both physical (humans!) and non physical beings that come through to offer guidance. I encourage you to do this too. I personally resonate with the Bird Tribes that have been communicating with me. I have built up a relationship over many years and I resonate with their wisdom. It has assisted me with opening up to a greater perspective of life and our connection to all living beings. 06.01.2022 These written codes came through whilst I was drawing today. The message I received was that their purpose is to awaken ancient Hebrew memories if you have these within your soul DNA. Your soul DNA is with you from lifetime to lifetime and from dimension to dimension. Part of my purpose in this life is to awaken a remembering of your soul DNA as you return home to aspects of yourself. 04.01.2022 20 WOMEN have BIRTHED their NEW WINGS. Last night was the finale of 8 amazing weeks with the 20 women in the 'Perimenopause, Menopause & beyond- a time for rebirth' online course. The women tuned in each week to a 1.5 hr Facebook live guided meditation led by moi! We journeyed through each chakra. This was followed up with support within the FB group each week as the women processed emotions that arose from exploring each chakra. Last night I was rockin' wings with all ...the colors of the chakras within them - to represent the women's new wings! Yay! The women have shed layers that they have carried in this lifetime and others, they have cleared ancestral trauma and activated all their chakra centres. They have opened their newfound wings to move into life with greater awareness of who they truly are. It was an absolute privilege to be the women's spiritual midwife guiding them on a journey that they knew how to do on a level deep within their soul. Their soul had been yearning for this journey of coming home and from there reaching new heights . We were supported by 12 spiritual grandmothers who support me during Healing's. We were also beautifully supported by each woman's ancestors & spiritual guides & Star family ancestors such as the Pleiadians. Healing within a group adds to the magic of the journey & amplifies the experience. We have made special bonds as we journeyed through many emotions. Thankyou ladies & congrats on your new wings. 03.01.2022 I saw this beautiful wallaby this morning next to the walking path at Walgun (Cape Byron). The original custodians of this land are the Bunjalung people. The Bundjalung Arakwal Bumberlin people, have lived in the coastal landscape around the Byron Bay area for at least 22,000 years. Their name for wallaby is gulambi. The Arakwal Bumberlin name for the headland, 'Walgun,' means 'the shoulder'. It is Australia's most easterly point and is a much loved destination for locals & visitors to the area. From here you can view pods of dolphins and humpback whales as they pass by during migration season.
