18.01.2022 I have always had a thing for dolphins as a small child. Sinbad the dolphin was my well read book.. These beautiful dolphin cards have just come into stock, great Christmas idea. Ice Blue was great over the weekend, my left shoulder froze couldn't lift it up pass my chest. So out came the ice blue rub, I added 2 drops aroma touch, 2 drops clove and rubbed into it. That night I soaked my feet in a magnesium foot bath with 2 drops cypress, great for circulation, 2 ice blue, 2 Copaiba for the pain. Work up Sunday morning, arm working again and I can put the clothes back on the line. How lucky am I ???????
