24.01.2022 I have felt misplaced at times in my life to find I traveled a path that was never mine. Trauma is like that. We can spiral off into self sabotaging patterns causing destruction in our wake. The same behaviours, same results yet expecting different.... We can not resolve a problem with the same level of thinking the problem was created at. Something has to give. Don't let that be your mental health. 12.01.2022 We start out as such simple creatures. All we needed was the basics; food, water, shelter, love. Then we spend the rest of our life complicating things. Till the voice of the ego is all we know. Our worries take over and anxiety grows.... We wear a mask pretending we are OK. Eventually we don't recognise who we are being. 09.01.2022 How amazing is this metal 3d art work? Every time I see a butterfly I think of my dad. After battling cancer for 18 months he finally took his last breathe. He faught hard and lived fully in what was suppose to be three short months. ... After I held his hand for the last time I walked outside the hospice a butterfly flew near me. I whispered to the butterfly "be free dad". Grief comes in many forms during our life. Some lose a leg, some lose hope, some lose a loved one, some lose faith in the relationship they trusted in the most. What ever your grief is, if you find yourself not being able to move through the emotions towards healing then coaching is the way forward. When we stop running the emotional patterns we can finally get some peace and clarity. Finding a place of gratitude and love. It warms my heart to see butterflies and I miss my dad so very much. Simply put he wanted to breathe in the higher power into his art. 03.01.2022 Finding your happy place. I hurt my knee over time the pain got steadily worse. The doctor told me it was degenerative. When the pain was extreme I knew I had to do something to help myself. I hired a personal trainer and the gym sessions commenced. I lost dress sizes and my knee pain went away completely.
