Now we are trying to help the community to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus and have implemented the following strategies to limit the time and contact required in the process of buying or servicing your vehicle: Sales: 1. View our inventory online at www.kerryholden.com.au... 2. Book a free test drive or appraisal either at the Dealership or from your home. 3. Speak to our friendly team via messenger/phone or SMS. 4.Do your contract for both the sale and finance via email. As always you are still welcome to visit us as normal in keeping with social distancing measures Service: 1. Contactless early drop availability. 2. Area for the Customer to collect keys (In an envelope). 3. Customer will be advised when the car is ready for pickup via telephone/SMS/email. 4. Invoices/Service Report to be emailed to the Customer prior to pick up. 5. Payment can be made prior to pick up via Phone/SMS or OSKO Parts: 1. Delivery service available 2. Electronic invoicing 3. Area for Customer Collection only We have also implemented the following to keep you and us safe when you are visiting the dealership: 1. Public Health notices placed on all entry doors, waiting areas and high traffic areas. 2. Hand sanitiser placed in all reception, customer interaction areas and waiting areas. 3. Increased the sanitisation of all Customer and dealership cars including loan cars. 4. Extra cleaning schedules on all high traffic areas including handrails, door handles etc. 5. Customer only sanitised pens at all times. 6. Timed drop off and pick up/drop off collection available is some cases for Servicing. 7. Identifying signs and markings to ensure social distancing is maintained. 8. All eftpos machines are sanitised between transactions. 9. Gloves are worn by all staff in high contact areas including all vehicles. 10.Gloves available for Customer use.
