24.01.2022 I've left this page alone recently in a ramped up effort toward my own self-care. I've been blessed to have lost nothing during the fire storms. I've endeavoured not to overempathise with those who have experienced great losses, but it's a balancing act, in which I use prayer. It's healthy for all our minds to know when to pull back and care for self. If we don't feed our bodies, minds and spirits we'll have nothing to offer anyone. Namaste
