15.01.2022 After Covid closure, one of our ladies was in constant pain with one of her knees. She had been a runner and now had no choice but to change up her exercise to help her keep fit. The pain was a sprained meniscus so her movement was severely restricted and she simply thought there was no other option but to quit! I convinced her to come back and we modified everything to allow her knee to heal. Strengthen the supporting muscles and keep the rest of her body moving properly!... Today she did Weights followed by a stretch and flexibility session and was so very pleased and thankful to us for finally being able to do all of the stretches!
