25.01.2022 Before our ancestors day the daily diet was high in magnesium so the body had no need to store it, unlike calcium which the body does store. These days the food we eat contains very little magnesium. " We need an average of 200 milligrams more magnesium than we get from the average diet". Dr Mildred Seelig, President of the American College of Nutrition.... What foods do contain magnesium? Mainly green leafy vegetables, eg spinach and nuts, most varieties. So if our bodies can't store magnesium and we don't get enough in our diet, we need to take magnesium in some form. My products supply adequate magnesium to the body through the skin (transdermal). 08.01.2022 Great day at the Mt Tamborine State School markets today. Started out a little slow but ended in a flurry of activity. Very warm when it came time to pack up but that's October for you. More of that to come. Will be posting more about the wonders of Magnesium tomorrow, stay tuned.

05.01.2022 Great day at Mt Tamborine State School markets today. Great weather and more people than usual. A customer of mine gave me some great feedback which I always appreciate. She had purchased the Magnesium Oil and uses it as a deodorant while receiving her daily dose of magnesium. Who would have thought. She said she stays dry with no odour. Not advised to apply just after shaving......sting factor....lol I looked up my Magnesium bible to get the facts and sure enough......... 03.01.2022 Was at Rocklea markets today(Brisbane). Just amazing how some people doubted $35 was good value for our OUCH pain relief cream. Two simple answers there - If we used inferior ingredients it would not work. Plus if we used inferior ingredients the TGA would not have approved it. To be a TGA approved product (which ours is) EVERY ingredient must be scientifically tested to prove it works. This product ticks all the boxes.
