25.01.2022 Getting ready for Christmas makes you feel so many different emotions. Remember you are not alone. Maybe you feel overwhelmed. Ask a loved to help you. Maybe you feel excited, you have so much energy you don’t know where to start. Breathe ... Maybe you feel exhausted, your so tiered that you loose track where you are up to. You could make a list and rest. Maybe you are teary because this time of year you remember the ones you’ve lost. You could Ask someone for a hug. Maybe you feel happy because your looking forward to seeing family and friends. These are all feelings. By acknowledging them, breathing and doing things that make you feel happier can help bring calm and focus. For me when I feel overwhelmed, I cook, make, bake and create because this is what calms me, gives me focus and allows me to breathe.

24.01.2022 Travelling time: on Saturday mid morning we left Hobart and headed to Devonport to board the Spirit of Tasmania. In the morning a made cheese and bacon rolls for the road trip. Huge thank you to Jess and Sarah from my team that recommended this recipe. GREAT success. Dotti ate 4 in one day Charlie pulled apart and ate 1 (still adjusting to braces) Ben ate 2, 1 on the road and 1 for dinner I ate 1 on the road ...
