11.01.2022 I have a free Tuesday Earth Meditation on Zoom tonight, 8pm - 8.30 (or thereabouts). A little bit of Tapping (EFT) to transform our negative emotions, calm and ground ourselves. A short relaxation and then an alpha state meditation to focus on seeing the Earth and its people, animals and wild places healed and thriving. In the mean-time, I am offering online Zoom Yoga. Live classes are on Monday evening, from 7pm-8.30pm. However, they are recorded so you may do the class any time through the week, (or repeat it through that week, if you wish.) Also, I am offering online Zoom Inspired EFT (Tapping) sessions.
