18.01.2022 Tried something new - I added a drop of On Guard to a pot of homemade stewed apples and apricots. Yum ! 1 drop was just enough to spice up the apples without a...larming the kids ! And bonus points all around for the immune boosting benefits of the essential oils. At this time of year we need all the help we can get right ! To make stewed apples: Peel and core apples, chop into small chunks and fill your pot. Add juice of a lemon and enough water to just cover the bottom of the pot. With the lid on, bring to the boil, then turn down to low and cook till the apples are soft. Easy, nutritious and so delicious ! I just added the leftovers from a tin of apricots we had the other day. If you think 1 drop might be too scary to try, dip a toothpick into the oil bottle and swirl it through your apples...keep doing this (with a clean toothpick each time) until you get your desired flavour.

Enjoy your body, appreciate it, love it, and realise how blessed you are to have one... And when that attitude happens, why wouldnt you try your best to look after it???

Our common g...oal for a long time was to gather enough confidence and belief in herself to do a photo shoot in an actual bikini... (This would never have happened two years ago!)... And doesnt she look absolutely amazing!
