11.01.2022 Procrastination is an indicator, not a solid wall. Now we are getting close to the bone. Where do you start bouncing back from your barriers? Some of the reasons could be a lack of; . Skill, . knowledge,... . confidence, . finance, . Staff or resources, . enjoyment. Evaluate all options to overcome these barriers, but most importantly be aware of what they are. What interrupts you? What holds you back? Delve into your procrastination points. Procrastination tells us we are close to that barrier - that we are going the right way. Once you identify these barriers, take one small step towards them. You are pushing through the walls of your comfort zone Sometimes it helps to write your thoughts down. Disjointed thoughts are fine. Don't try to be perfect, it's a process not a novel. Go to http://www.kestrelbusiness.com.au/ to pick up a copy of my guide "How to Plan Your Way Forward. 09.01.2022 ARE YOUR FEET READY FOR SUMMER ? With the colder months definitely behind us and summer in full swing it's time to give your feet the attention they need. After... all, summertime means open toed shoes or sandals. After your feet have spent the winter in enclosed shoes covered by those warm socks, you're bound to have a few patches of dry skin. Here are a few tips to get your feet summer ready. -You should be washing your feet daily especially if you've been wearing open toed shoes and sandals. Use a nailbrush and brush away any dead skin. This will help to reduce bacteria and the risk of tinea or Athletes foot. -A soak in a bath of Epsom salts can really help to relieve tired sore muscles after a hectic day. Just make sure you dry thoroughly afterwards. -Using a pumice or similar product can be beneficial in removing dead skin. Don't do it too often however, as this can cause irritation to the skin and make it more susceptible to becoming hard and calloused. -Moisturise your feet daily, using a moisturiser suitable for your skin type. If your skin is very dry or you are suffering from dry, cracked heels, a urea based cream will help to heal the cracks and decrease the dead skin build up. Now that your feet are pampered and prepped, go show them off with a new pair of sandals . If you have any questions feel free to message or call. Of course we are always here to help.
