25.01.2022 Welcome to our new followers I am Jenni, the founder of Ketolicious Kreations. My goal when starting this business was to combine my passion for healthy eating, cooking and helping people to make starting a ketogenic lifestyle easier for people. ... Over the past 12-18 months though, the business has evolved into something bigger and more exciting. I now cook for a variety of people, keto and non keto, and take the stress out of eating healthy for them. Many of my clients have intolerances or dislikes and I often adjust recipes to suit their needs. Recently, Louise joined Ketolicious Kreations and now cooks for clients north of the river and in the Perth hills. As well as the cooking service, I also have a keto blog, recipes on my website and affordable ebooks. My goal is to take Ketolicious Kreations nationwide in the near future and I look forward to sharing that journey with you

25.01.2022 A little shoutout to @vuey for his drool worthy meals on Insta! Tonight I cooked beef cheeks for the first time ever and they were AMAZING! I changed it slightly from @vuey 's recipe - in the slow cooker I put 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 diced onion, a heaped teaspoon Vegemite (dialed it back for my English hubby ), teaspoon chilli paste, tablespoon @sukrinaus gold granular sweetener and 3/4 cup chicken broth. Cooked on high for 3-4 hrs and then I removed the liquid, blend...ed it until smooth and reduced it until it was thick and delicious The kids declared it the best meat EVER! Every plate was scraped clean. Absolutely delicious

24.01.2022 Are you a coriander lover or hater? I LOVE it. In fact, I always add extra

23.01.2022 Eating healthier can be expensive. It's incredibly frustrating to see junk food sold so cheaply and fruit, veg & meat so expensive. It makes it hard to stick to healthy eating when you are on a tight budget. But, it is possible! Plan your meals for the week by using ingredients you have first. Not only does this save you money but it reduces your waste too. ... Only shop once a week. The more you go, the more you are tempted and those one or two extra things each time add up. Buy fruit and veg that is in season. Cheaper cuts of meat make delicious meals - mince, drumsticks, marylands, brisket etc. Stick to the outside aisles in the supermarket and avoid packaged foods if you can. Make your own. There's plenty of recipes online for keto bread, pizza bases, cakes etc. Keto pasts, Konjac noodles, rice, special sauces etc aren't absolutely necessary. You can just eat real food and be happy. If you do want these though, buy them when on special. @keto_eats_australia have Slendier at 50% off at the moment. Shop around and know your prices. Coles and Woolworths stock Changs Konjac noodles in the Asian section and its much cheaper than other brands. Reduce your waste and use your leftovers to make stock. Have a fridge clearout meal once a week to use up the odds and ends. Do you have any tips to add to these?

23.01.2022 So, you've booked your cook up with me and I've sent you your ingredient list. What now? All of your ingredients are available from major supermarkets. I designed my recipes this way so it's easier for you. Anything a little out of the ordinary is provided by me however it's on the list with (provided) next to it just in case you have allergies. If you don't have a pantry of herbs and spices already, you may find the quantity of spices a little overwhelming. Don't stre...ss! Firstly, I use the herbs and spices across many dishes, so they aren't a one time use thing. Secondly, I bring my own just in case you don't have them. Xantham gum is a thickening agent. It can be found in the health food aisle in Coles and Woolworths. Only a small amount is used for a dish, and honestly,if it's not something you use yourself don't worry too much. Again, I bring mine just in case. Did you know that the leaves on a cauliflower can weigh around 500-600g?! Make sure you take that it account or else you may not have enough for all of your dishes. Can't find a meat or vegetable? Feel free to change it to something you can find. Message me if you aren't sure if it will work in the recipe, I don't mind. Meals like the Thai Satay Beef and Red Chicken Curry ask for vegetables of your choice. Anything you like! Choose in season vegetables for freshness and to save a few pennies. Minced garlic and ginger are often more affordable and last longer (although, I do keep fresh garlic and ginger in the freezer when I remember). I don't mind which you prefer to get, I can use either. If you aren't strict keto and prefer to use stock cubes, I can use these for liquid stocks so you don't need to buy the cartons. Check the unit price when comparing products. This will save you a truck load of money! If you forget something and don't have time to get it, let me know. I'll do my best to pick it up on the way. If you've received your list and suddenly realise you don't have the time or just can't be bothered...let me know! For a small fee I can do it for you.

22.01.2022 Lamb koftas so delicious, I'm doing a double batch for my client tomorrow. These are fabulous hot or cold, making them perfect for dinner or lunch. Opt for nut free and you have a freezer stash of school lunches to hand! My kids love these with salad and, of course, the lemon yoghurt is a must for dipping. ... I often have these on the road for my lunch too, paired with seed crackers, hard boiled eggs and a cream cheese and avocado dip Honestly, the options are endless with these. Only available on my cook up menu.

22.01.2022 PSA - Keto friendly Black Friday specials! Nexba Cherry Cola and Pineapple cans are half price this weekend at Coles - for online orders only. 22.01.2022 12 months ago the seed was planted My beautiful friend was having surgery and I dropped off some meals to make her recovery a little easier. She shared her gratitude on social media and suddenly I was getting messages asking if I would make meals for other people. ... At the time I was working as an accountant but miserable. Vic was the person who really encouraged me to give it a go. She was patient while I brainstormed ideas - I have a very annoying habit of having to verbalise everything to think it through Vic never once complained about my constant messages and questions and she still tells everyone about my meals and service. I am lucky to be surrounded by incredibly supportive friends and I will be forever grateful for them thanks @vic_nate_seth_isla !

14.01.2022 Keto ANZAC biscuits! Lockdown has given me the time to focus on getting this recipe to you just before ANZAC day. 13.01.2022 My husband for being incredibly supportive and patient So, so grateful to be in Perth at the moment Turmeric latte for making the absence of coffee easier... Our new BBQ that gives me a night off cooking Sitting in our backyard on a beautiful morning What about you?

12.01.2022 2 years ago I packed my bags and went on my first trip without hubby and the kids. I had managed to earn an all expenses paid trip to Athens through a MLM company I had joined. I had joined to give myself a hobby when my second child was born. To do something for me and get myself out of the house. ... What I got was so, so much more. I reconnected with old friends, made new ones and realised I could do anything I put my mind to. I absolutely believe that this experience has led me to where I am today. I put myself out there, tried new things, faced my fears, smashed goals and found a new me. You CAN do anything you put your mind to. You CAN step outside your comfort zone. You CAN reach for the stars. If you can dream it, you can do it...so go for it!

11.01.2022 If you've been following me for a while you'll know Saturday night is pizza night in our house. I make the bases for the whole family, the kids put their own toppings on and then we have a pizza picnic. While the rest of my family are pretty predictable with their pizza toppings, I rarely have the same one twice. I get creative with what I can find in the fridge and freezer. Today I used all the tomato paste on hubby and the kids pizza so I made a creamy spinach and mushroom... sauce for my base. I topped it with meatballs I had found in the freezer, olives and cheese. It all worked really well!

03.01.2022 I went to a friend's place last night and took my cauliflower hummus and hemp seed tabouli to go with the ribs. I hadn't made it for a while and forgot how pretty it looked in the centre of the table! It actually looked quite Christmasy This has to be one of my favourite salads. The hummus and the tabouli go so well together and the tabouli is lovely and fresh. It's delicious as a side for a BBQ or topped with haloumi.
