09.01.2022 Even though the term diet is used, it’s not, in my view it’s like choosing to be vegan or vegetarian or pescaterian. It’s something you choose. Going keto is not something you can do for a few weeks to see results. To experience a life transformation you need to be compassionate with yourself and give yourself and you body time to heal and/or weightloss. Although i find it funny I feel a combination of frustration and sadness when I do hear it. Frustration that the concept of keto hasn’t been understood and it’s being seen as a fast weightloss solution and sad because they feel a sense of failure.
