23.01.2022 I am absolutely overwhelmed at the response to our new cookbook Keto Loco. Firstly, a huge thank you to all of you who have purchased during pre-sales. You have already made this our biggest launch by a long shot. But what I love the most is constantly seeing and receiving a steady stream of tags, emails, messages, comments and posts of Fb and Instagram of your meals from Keto Loco. Personally, I think it is my best work so far. For those of you who have some of my earlier... work and not this book woild be surprised just how much more is in this book. For a start I have included not only conventional methods for every recipe, but you can use your Thermomix for all or part of every recipe in the book. That is over 100 keto recipes with at least two cooking methods. Yes, I have included a few other methods for fast or slow cooking and a slew of notes giving you hints, tips, instructions and dietary alternatives. There is just so much work behind every recipe and bringing it together in a gorgeous but informative cookbook. The pictured meal is our Classic One Pot Rissoles with Gravy (yeah I still have to work out just how many one pot recipes there are too ) and it has proved hugely popular. The one thing that really surprises me is how much you all love really old-fashioned family meals. Maybe I need to do a Keto in the 70s Cookbook . You know recipes like, Tuna Bake, Leftover Roast Lamb Fritters, Beef Stroganoff (non-traditional), Beef Wellington, Boeuf Bourguignon, Crepe Suzette hahaha!
