17.01.2022 Hi everyone! My apologies for being so quiet on here for the last three weeks. For those of you who know me outside of @KetoMumbub, you probably know that hubby & I threw ourselves into volunteer work and have been helping our community fight fires and get back on their feet. The bushfires surrounded our whole valley and affected many homes and properties. We started out helping deliver to water to the RFS and also helped defend properties under threat. We helped save hom...es, which is kind of amazing now that I'm looking back on it Although my Keto presence has been lacking, please know it's been for a good cause and that we haven't had five minutes to ourselves let alone keeping up with so many commitments. 02.01.2022 Yesterday was a shite day, I'm not gonna lie. I got to the afternoon and wanted a pina colada, for a little pick me up, but without pineapple juice I was missing the key ingredient! I scrounged about the cupboard and found some coconut cream, the last lime from our tree & replaced the pineapple flavour with the orange tang taste of a Keto NAT sachet. It worked out beautiful & I highly recommend experimenting with flavours, especially when it means you still get to enjoy your Saturday afternoon with a cold bevvy
