21.01.2022 WKT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2020 Hi guys there is still time to qualify for this years’ WKT World Championships. Qualifying into the event is free and just involves... one video being uploaded via the below link. Closing date for qualifying is September 25 2020 at 11:59 pm PDT (so 5pm on September 26 2020 AEDT) so get your entries in ASAP. We already have some Aussies who have entered the competition including myself who is 4th Seed for this event from my runner up position in the North American Open earlier this year. No venues due to covid so this is all online video entries. Check out the link below for rules, terms and conditions. All the very best of luck if you make it through!

I would seriously like to apologise for the inconvenience & hope that this situation will be sorted real soon. Will keep you all informed if they start back up again anytime soon. WHERE - NERANG RSL - 69 Nerang St, Nerang TIME - BE THERE 9.30 START 11.00 (When judges are ready) DOOR CHARGE - ADULTS - $10 (8 & UNDER) KIDS - $ 5 The FORMAT of the day is.......... Junior Divisions compete first. Youth Divisions compete second. Senior Divisions compete last. Contestants will all sing their first song in all Divisions, then there will be a break so Judges can have something to eat, drink & sort out the next round & then contestants sing their second song. Judges will then deliberate to find Junior 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Youth - 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Senior - 1st, 2nd & 3rd in which 1st Place competes in the Nationals. NATIONAL CHAMPIONS will compete against other & whoever wins that, is our AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION who wins the trip to compete at Las Vegas, Nov 14 - 17. 12.01.2022 The World Karaoke Tour Championships 2019 have started today in Las Vegas & our Aussies competing are.... Eleanor Sharpe Emmagen Rain Damien Hunt... Jacob Lee Hoopert Eleanor is our WKT Australian Champion who is representing herself, WKT Australia, Nerang RSL where she competed & won the National Finals at & Australia in general. Emmagen is our little pocket rocket who is only 12 years of age & what a voice. She can certainly beef it out & she is the youngest in the competition.Emmagen is representing herself, WKT Australia & Nerang RSL also. Damien was our Victorian State Finalist who was invited to go over & compete in Las Vegas as well representing WKT Australia, himself, Australia & The Sphinx Hotel with the wonderful & wacky host & Victorian Coordinator Zach Brady. Jacob is representing Bay Central Tavern with the lovely Karen Chard who is the Host & South East Qld Coordinator, himself & WKT Australia. WKT Australia wishes all of them the very best. 12.01.2022 I am SUPER PROUD to announce that EMMAGEN RAIN our Australian Pocket Rocket won the WKT Junior World Championships 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada last night. Well done Emmagen....you rocked it honey & all of your performances were outstanding. WKT Australia & all Australians are very proud of your achievements. Beautiful voice, beautiful heart. Well deserved..!! xxxxxxx Thank you Whitney-John Stuart (Commissioner) for putting on this wonderful event & thank you to Nerang RSL for hosting WKT this year because this gave this wonderful 12 year old the opportunity to come along & compete, then go over to Las Vegas where she won the Juniors.
