08.01.2022 Sooooo we turned it up a notch this arvo We carved out 5 sets at each of 8 exercise stations with timings increasing each set from 20-60 seconds, all with minimal rest between each set As I said to the crew I wouldn’t get them to do something I didn’t think they could it wasn’t an easy session but the team stayed head strong, paced themselves and they smashed it! One of our tougher sessions in a while ... Next session will be this Sunday the 18th with a timing change of a 7am start due to it being a bit harder for me to get out of bed in the mornings Hopefully the lawn mower man comes in the meantime #lockyervalleypersonaltraining #helidongrouptraining #lockyervalleyfitness #kettleandbellfitness #helidonpersonaltraining #lockyervalleygrouptraining #kettleandbell
