10.01.2022 Kev's great Sunday afternoon snack.................. 750 grams Pork Belly cut into 1inch pieces, patted dry. Place into a bowl and add 3tbsp canola oil, 1 tbsp each of garlic powder, and brown sugar, then add 1 tsp of salt and pepper, mix well. Lay in a single layer in your air fryer and bake at 205*C for 18 - 20 mins until golden and crispy................
