25.01.2022 One thing I've learned through this is a crisis will reveal you. Were you resilient or making excuses before this? The odds are if you were resilient then you would've just seen this as another challenge to overcome. If you were making excuses then I'd say you will be making a whole lot more!... What has come out of this for me is understanding my resilience in a crisis and how agile my team is. What have you learned?

I wanted to see more positivity and kindness in my community and I wanted to provide a platform to help those having a hard time during this difficult time. I wanted to start a movement that not only inspired my family and friends but also all across Australia. 11.01.2022 This month, I was nominated by a friend to do the 25 for 25 challenge. What is this 25 for 25 challenge? Well, it's 25 pushups for 25 days to raise awareness for men's mental health. Fellas, it is okay to talk about your feelings. It doesn't make you any less of a man but rather will make you a stronger man. There are people out there willing to listen, all you have to do is ask.... I'm on day 14 of this challenge and I want to challenge the men in my community to start this challenge within your social circles.
