Mental Health Awareness It is important that we think about mental health at all times not just this one day of the year, however it is important that we have a day to remind us to be real.... Be real with yourself, your partner, work colleagues and friends. You will be surprised what opens up when you share what you are up to and where you are at. I have often found that by sharing honestly and transparently as to where I am at and what I am dealing with others share too. Often they have been or are going through the same things and are able to help. The hard part is letting them help and allowing yourself to be vulnerable... Watch for body language changes, mood swings, anti social behavior, lack of eye contact and general shut down/wall up mode. These are all signs of someone in need of someone to just be an insistent support for them. They may just need a listening ear with no judgement. Just show up again and again for them and watch them grow before your eyes

22.01.2022 Not only do we manage properties but we do our best to make a positive impact on the local communities that we serve. There have been many months of treatment for the girls after they were hit by a car in January last year. However we now have peace of mind knowing that no one else has to go through the same experience. There is now a safe place to cross on this very busy road in the Adelaide Hills. Thankyou to all who signed the petition and sent their warm wishes. The council and government have listened and come through with this fantastic addition to the local area.
