Receives telephone calls and visitors on behalf of the Director. Organises travel, itineraries, functions and conferences. Prepares documents including letters, minutes of meetings, reports, agendas and briefing material. Maintaining & creating corporate records using the Departments Records Management system. SERVICE DELIVERY Acts as Executive Officer to committees within the Department as directed by the Director. PLANNING AND ORGANISING Contributes to the development of strategic and business plans for the Portfolio providing innovative solutions to meet a changing environment. Undertakes research and analysis across a range of areas to inform the planning process. Contributes to and implements continuous improvement strategies.
