11.01.2022 For those who are finishing their final exams and having difficulty concentrating and remembering information here are a few tips to help you improve your memory: 1 Say it out loud Studies have shown that if you speak out loud what you want to learn, you will more likely remember it by 50%. 2 Drawing Research suggests that drawing on paper could help you remember key information. Use the power of visualisation to enhance your memory by drawing pictures, flow charts..., diagrams etc. So time to put pen to paper! 3 Get some sleep You don’t want to be a zombie in the exam room! We all know that a good night sleep makes you feel better. But the power of getting enough sleep is critical to help with learning and remembering information. 4 Study with a group Talking and discussing topics with your study group may help you gain a better understanding and remember better!
