25.01.2022 I seriously have the best Job!!! .. Today a lovely client/family gave me fresh whiting, squid and a couple of crabs, so I picked some salad from the garden and added olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper .. crab meat added vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper and fried potatoes & onions (from the shop) .. All that together gave me a delicious meal ... Feeling extremley thankful, grateful and blessed

23.01.2022 Life is good when you get to just take off and go to the beach .. Different direction but just as beautiful and only 20 minutes away from home .. Chatted to some lovely campers who are travelling around Australia and loving their new lifestyle .. Miss Lucy loved walking along this beach, being free from a lead .. and I loved having the whole beach to myself #peaceful #freedom

19.01.2022 50/50 plate .. 50% starch (air fry potato chips) with sweet chili sauce and 50% non-starch (steamed veg) with homemade sauce of equal amounts Dijon mustard and maple syrup .. Delicious .. Starch Solution Plant Based eating is what's taking more and more cms off me .. Just bought size 10 jeans and size 12 tops .. no more size 14/16 .. and Im feeling soooooo much healthier

11.01.2022 I often get asked whats your secret for not looking your age .. There is no magic pill .. Just lifestyle changes .. When my Dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer over 12 years ago and passed away 5 months later joining Mum who passed away with Breast Cancer, I decided to do some changes .. 04.01.2022 Another Day .. Another Beach!!! Todays adventures with Miss Lucy .. Drove along the dirt track from Balgowan to The Gap .. Gorgeous spot .. lots of campers everywhere .. Getting lots of ideas .. and the water was sooooo warm and still as the tide was out that it was just nice to sit in the water .. Lucy swam for the first time today too and Im finding each time I go to the beach she gets more confident with the water and just absolutely loves it .. nearly as much as me .. next x2 days booked out for Bowen treatments and ATT massage then Saturday an oil class then back to the beach #worklifebalance #lifestylebydesign #enjoylife
