A friend once reminded me when I felt overwhelmed to keep it simple and I couldn’t agree more. Tips on keeping it real and simple:... * Ask yourself how am I feeling (check your breathe, your body and your mind). * Ask yourself am I over doing it or over complicating it (this can be hard to see but try think if you can cut down on anything or be open to taking suggestions). * Ask yourself is there anything I’m doing that I don’t feel right about if so what feels right. Yoga practice is not only about the physical asana movements, it gives you the chance to turn inward, check in with yourself, make conscious choices and then take what you practice on the mat back out into your world.

I prefer doing mine in the Nutri-bullet as it keeps all the fibre in it but if you have a brilliant juicer then you’re winning (mine is quite old and does extract enough of the juice!).
