23.01.2022 " " This is the answer I got from some of the clients when I ask why they want to lose weight. Because a doctor told you to lose weight is the not the right reason to start your weight loss or fitness journey.... It is an external motivation that can fades away in a week or two. After couple of weeks many clients starting blaming weather or external reasons for not showing up and workout or find extremely hard to stick to healthy nutrition. You need to find interval motivation to achieve any fitness goal. You need to dig in deep to find out what is fit and healthy mean to you and why is important for you? Without a strong internal reason or you will find it very hard to stick to your weight loss goal or fitness routine.

22.01.2022 If you really want to make a change. Vividly see your default future.... Because that future is coming. If you are 10-20 kg overweight and keep living the same way then your future will be much worse. But many people don’t see that way. They give in to the instant gratification of fatty, high calorie dense meals or unhealthy lifestyle. But if you sit down once in a while and vividly see the future you will have if keep living the same way. Then It would be easy scary thing for many people to visualise. Then you are more likely to change your lifestyle and habits.

When you’re experiencing doubt, fear, negative thoughts, or any emotions that aren’t helping you to move forward with your goals Take a second to think about your hero. What would THEY think, believe, and DO in that same situation? It really doesn’t matter who your role model or hero is it can even be a fictional character! The point is that you want to embody characteristics and belief systems that will help you crush your goals . and not be held back by our own mind which tries to keep us safe inside the walls of our comfort zones. Or do you just have to make a few small changes now that feels a bit easier?... -Avoid Snacking -Make of goal of completing 5000-10000 steps daily -Put tempting food out of sight -Don’t drink soda, juice, or coffees with lots of sugar or cream -Count to 5 before reaching for food in an emotional state -Reduce alcohol -Grocery shop online so you’re not tempted in store -If you’re tired try to sleep more -More veggies, fewer processed items (you know this one!) -If you’re an everyday cardio person, consider some weight training -Practice Future Oriented Thinking (a fancy way to say think of you in the future) Focus on making small changes rather than go on a strict diet that is bound bound to fail

11.01.2022 ? This is the reason why? Because you made the wrong goal... You goal was just to lose a few kgs instead of becoming a healthier and fitter person. You didn’t shift your identity. You just wanted to lose some weight so you went to gym ,eat clean and control your portion size. But as soon as you achieved your goal you had no reason to continue And the you went back to your old habits This time around think about shifting your identity to be of a healthier and fitter person What would a healthier person do? They will still workout most the times ,eat clean and control the portion size irrespective of the goal So change the goal this time If you start your fitness journey again Make a goal to be a healthier and fit person and by product you will lose weight as well and keep it off for good.

10.01.2022 Why I have stopped running Quick Fix challenges Because I didn’t know better.. 2 years ago I was a newbie into fitness business and I hired a business coach and he told me to start Quick Fix Challenges like lose 9 kg in 6 weeks or lose 5 kg in 4 weeks... But It used to break my heart my saw my my old clients who lost weight and gained all back.. These Quick fix challenges helped them to lose some weight but they never learnt the habit of long term thinking. They didn’t realise health and well being is a long term process it is a marathon not a sprint It was all about learning right habits and processes. When I realised these challenges don’t really help people I stop running them. Now I reach clients focus on long term health and how to make small changes and habits and teach them have patience with their fitness journey so this time around when they lose weight they lose it for good and keep it off for life.

09.01.2022 ' Many of us had or have some sort of injuries.. Back pain,knee pain,shoulder pain and all different sorts of issues..... But some people let their injuries define them.. They believe because they have some sort of injury so they can't be active and fit anymore.. That is far from the truth.. Most of the injuries mean whether your muscles are tight or weak.. Or sprained or strained ligaments, cartilage tears, tendonitis due to overdoing of activities or quickly progressing in your fitness activities Rather than making injuries your excuses and get unfit and depressed. Find a way to fix the underline issue.. Work with a physio, Personal Trainer or Coach and fix the issue. Rather than your injuries define you and your health.

Don’t wait to become overweight and have health issues and hearing from your doctor that you need to lose weight. Take action.Make your health priority. 01.01.2022 I couldn't move my knee last year due to knee injury. Now 85 kg Squat today. Pretty happy where I am today. Setbacks are part of life.... Accept it. Couse correct. And get back into it again. Growth only happens when you intentionally seek discomfort. Stay hard.
