24.01.2022 Another scorcher in Marble Bar today.

20.01.2022 GOLD FEVER Underground miners in Western Australia have found rare gold specimens which geologists are calling a "once in a lifetime discovery".

20.01.2022 Recent Metal Detecting.....

18.01.2022 Crashed the Phantom drone here, disappeared over the other side. It was so hot my tablet overheated and lost signal. Luckily I was taking a photo of Michael, who was in a mineshaft near where it crashed, so he retrieved it for me. Too hot to traipse all over looking for it. The battery fell out and the propellers damaged only. Up in the air again soon after.

18.01.2022 Just some pics of our current job. Can't say much about it yet as it is market sensitive.

15.01.2022 Ok. So it seems we've been quiet for a long time.... Take away the Tropical Wet Summer and Cyclones and.... well, we can't tell you what we've been doing After signing confidentiality agreements, with two of our VIP clients, we aren't left with much to tell.... What we can do is post a few pics here of us setting things up. Testing is almost complete. When news is made public, we can share with you our efforts and involvement in setting up and managing some important projects for 2019. A big year for us.

13.01.2022 Move over Keystone Minerals.....KEYSTONE GOLD PTY LTD is taking over and we are now permantly based in the Pilbara. Keystone Gold Pty Ltd is now up and running with Michael Sutherland and Kay Trinder as Directors. Our main business is now: "Consultation and Field Services, Hard Rock and Alluvial Processing"... We still offer all of our existing services and are now permanently based in Karratha, WA. We are currently contracted by Artemis Resources on the Nickol River Project, approximately 25km NW of Karratha, WA and Michael is doing a cracker job helping the team set up a new alluvial processing plant. Michael will soon takeover a Project Management role for Artemis' new Purdy's Reward Project, approximately 30km South of Karratha. Future projects in the area are also in our sights. Keystone Gold Pty Ltd has acquired its own Gold (Alluvial) Processing equipment and expanded our list of available services to include a mobile Alluvial Processing service. As those who know Michael (Sutho) will agree, this is Michael's passion, and his knowledge base in this field is extraordinary. As usual, sidekick Kay also has an important role running the company and working on site with the team when needed. After helping Artemis with the sourcing of equipment, to assist their setup in Karratha, Kay is now kept busy looking at new Joint Ventures, learning to fly the drone and working on our new website. We are excited about our contribution to new mining projects in the local area, and the new employment opportunities they bring. Our decision to relocate, and upgrade our business to a company with new direction, has already paid off. Exciting times ahead for Keystone Gold Pty Ltd.

11.01.2022 Marble Bar Field Trip for MinRex Resources Ltd completed in December. Fellow prospectors will understand how 45+ degree heat can affect metal detecting. Would love to go back there in the cooler months. Exciting stuff.

10.01.2022 Testing different sluicing options, this sample of only 120kg produced a few grams. We now have various set-ups that are completely mobile, including our small sampling plant. We supply our own water, and take away our tailings when done. Its all at the design stage still, put on hold now, as our working season has commenced.

06.01.2022 Lunch break at Coppin Gap. Haven't been back to Norm's Find since 2011. Haven't put the 4WD in low for a while either. Glad to be out of the office again.

04.01.2022 New equipment purchased today. A very valuable asset for our company, and will be very useful to our clients. See comments in photos.

04.01.2022 Hot Day 1 at Daltons.

03.01.2022 Ok. I was finally allowed to use the big boy's toys. Learning on the excavator, and promoted to the backhoe that just arrived.

03.01.2022 This is how it should be done....The final report we submitted to DMP is now used as the "Standard Requirement" in their by-laws and our client was refunded their bond without further inspection or question.
