13.01.2022 Fear has so many faces.... Fear can whisper thoughts of doubt in your mind. Fear can remind you of your failures.... Fear can create confusion. Fear can ever so subtly tell you every reason to stay in your comfort zone. Fear can compare you to others or make you worry about what other people will think. Fear can constantly bring up the past or make you worry about the future. Fear can constantly tell you that you are not good enough, worthy enough, smart enough. BUT what fear can’t do is stop you from doing what you want anyway! We need to change the way we feel about fear. It isn’t something that should stop us, fear is just an opportunity for growth. Think of fear as a messenger and all it’s asking is -how badly do you want this? Sometimes fear is for our benefit. It can tell us that we need to be stronger, dig deeper, what we need to heal, what we need to accept and sometimes it can be our biggest motivator to prove it wrong!
