02.01.2022 We never seem to be happy with ourselves do we? Sometime it takes so much for us to really take a step back and acknowledge how far we have come. Each week I work with clients and no matter how big or small the goal every time you push yourself to be better, to be stronger, to go harder you are creating change in yourself, you are creating a stronger person on the INSIDE and out! I see clients progress every day and that’s why I love my job so much. Well done Bree, I’m so proud of how far you have come !!



01.01.2022 BACK TO IT!! I hope everyone had a great break, spent time with family, relaxed and is now ready for 2019- I know i am! Now I'm not about new year, new me BS but if that's what you need to push yourself into a change for a healthier lifestyle then great but otherwise I'm just about creating balance in your life- with nutrition and fitness! Everything in moderation. Its like enjoying your Christmas and New Year break after a long year but now knuckling down and getting stuck back into routine. I'm about teaching the right foods to eat and when so you can indulge a little when you want, I'm about creating fun in your training so its not a chore! Lets learn together this year about building a lifelong love for a healthy lifestyle!!!!
