As a Coach, I enjoy working with clients that I am in tune with and whom I share similar outlook and values with. I use valuable tools to learn and understand about their values early on in the process. As a client I can also related to this, since other's coaching hasn't always been a positive experience for me. It has to work both ways, otherwise the sessions are not going to be successful.

I might have to add, as long as it is the right person and it has to be a good match. (Trust me, I know what it is like to have a a coach that is doing more harm than good, I am speaking from experience)
