22.01.2022 A cx7 mazda we worked on yesterday , this car had a bad service history , and the turbo is worn out , expensive repair, part one

22.01.2022 We at Kgs Mechanical repairs would like to wish all the mother’s out there a happy Mother’s Day , and enjoy the day with your family’s , of course obeying the rules

21.01.2022 Today we fixed a common problem on a commodore , timing chains , to our surprise the engine inside was very clean , this is achieved by a good service history , although the timing chain still stretched which is unusual.

21.01.2022 We are a drop off point for a local rescue, guardian Angel Animal rescue, where our son got his fur baby Rocket from. They are in need of dog food at the moment. We understand times are tough for everyone at the moment, but if you are able to help we, and of course, the dogs would be very grateful. Drop off any time during opening hours, 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am till 12pm on Saturdays. Thankyou.

19.01.2022 at kgs mechanical we see some people compromise , the picture on the left is full of silicone , the picture on the right is the way it should look like , its rubber , this one is a little old with cracks and need replacing they are call center bearings , on the tail shaft , they support the middle.

17.01.2022 Due to a change in restrictions overnight we are now able to open for critical vehicle safety and repair services only. We remain closed today, but will reopen tomorrow morning at 8am, closed on Saturday, open next week from Monday as normal, unless anything changes. 11.01.2022 To all our customers, just to let you know, at this point in time we are classed as an essential service, and are remaining open. Our staff are taking every care possible with hygiene practises put in place. But please if you are unwell, or have had contact with someone who is, do not come into the workshop, but give us a call, we may be able to arrange a pick up of the car for you, depending on the area, with certain precautions in place. If you come into the workshop plea...se touch as little as possible and observe the 1.5 metre social distancing. 11.01.2022 As restrictions are easing from midnight tonight, we are back to regular business practises from Monday morning at 8am. If you would like to book in give Kym a call on 0427792606 or call the workshop on Monday on 82628522. We will still be observing COVID safe practises, please sanitise your hands at reception, observe social distancing from our staff, do not enter the office if there is more than one person in there. 10.01.2022 Today at KGs mechanical we have a variety of old vehicles in for repairs , sometimes a bit of a challenge getting parts

09.01.2022 This filter is called a pollen filter or cabin filter , they have service schedules when it should be change , at kgs mechanical we make sure these filters get changed on schedule and all other service parts when required. The filter is very blocked and will not allow the air conditioning to work properly , no fan air will pass through it , causing a inefficient air conditioner

07.01.2022 We have been forced into a 6 day lock down , we will be closed from Thursday the 19th until hopefully Wednesday the 25th to reopen at 8.00am . Stay safe and obey the rules
