11.01.2022 I meet alot of people with similar stories...be careful out there! This is their story... "The agent said he could get me the price I wanted! We've had 3 opens with no interests & now they ask us to drop the price? After we said No! We havnt heard from them for 3 weeks and no more opens!"... I said: "Unfortunately you're stuck with them until the exclusive ends...Which is another 2 months and your property becomes over priced and gets stale with minimal interests". Be careful when picking an agent as they will try to say anything to get your business! Do your research first and don't always pick the cheapest agent..they might cost you more in the end. This is why ppl think agents are terrible...due to ppl like this!
