Khancoban coming alive festavil showing Australia what we are doing as a community to combat the serious issues of RURAL decline and MENTAL health in our small community.... Come and enjoy a fun filled day with old school family games music and entertainment, representatives from our local health and alternative approaches, along with demonstrations and displays of our SES capabilities for our community

18.01.2022 Looking forwards to catching up with Brian Philips one of the 3 founders of YHM Coaching based in New Zealand is flying over for the foundational event in person to the khancoban COMING ALIVE FEST 5th of October this year.... a alternative approach that works.... 04.01.2022 Khancoban coming alive festival is all happening 10 am - 4pm at the old national park site corner of Scott st and Mitchell ave beside the SES shed. Signs , b...arricades, marquees all turning up today curtisy of a co ordinater effort between our AMAZING Snowy Valley council depo staff.... and Tumut SVC shire depo ... the festival grounds and surrounds mowed and groomed and daisey in full bloom... trees have had dead branch's taken out of them and added to the bonfire pile.... This Satuarday 5th of October khancoban is coming alive bring people together to start a conversation about ..... mental well being and rural decline in our youth OUR family Our community And our emergency services With traditional custodians of our lands of the Nagero people kick of with a welcome, blessing, prey and smoking ceromoney Valkyrie Odin performing on the day and sharing her journey and goals as an amazingly talented female Rapper/vocalist. Mark McLeod former drummer from the screaming jetz will be performing and both doing work shops with some of khancobans youth A fun day full of old school games and a CHILLI Bin full of fun to help you Get up.... Khancoban coming alive festival is kicking off tommorw morning at 10 am till 4pm...... big shout out to Valkyrei Odin and... her wonderful new Manager TIM.... thank you so much for your advanced notice on cancelling your appearance at 730pm last night after texting, emailing, and phoning and paying $200 deposit to lock her in ... im sure all the kids at the wellness festival may get over the fact they wont be doing there work shop with Valkyeri Olin or her new manager TIM.... CHEERS TIM.... AND YOUR EXPLINATION WAS AMAZING FOR A MANAGER... simon ive been talking with Val about your festival and i dont think it aligns with where we are going ..... your righr TIM.... probably not a good image of helping kids out and showing support for rural decline and the wellness of our youth our familys our communities and our emergency services. So instead we now have the amazing and well known.... THE MIX.....
