Emirates Update Changes to Emirates services ... and rebooking arrangements Emirates will no longer operate EK418/EK419 between Dubai and Sydney via Bangkok The last service on EK418 ex Dubai will be on 31 May 2019 and on EK419 ex Sydney on 1 June 2019. Emirates EK424/EK425 will no longer operate between Dubai and Perth The last service on EK424 ex Dubai will be on 29 March 2019 and on EK425 ex Perth on 30 March 2019. Bookings can continue to be made on EK418, EK419, EK424 and EK425 up until their final dates of operation. As a result of these changes, the following procedure can be followed for Emirates ticketed passengers: Emirates will be re-accommodating passengers on to the appropriate flights.If travel is to/from Bangkok passengers will be re-booked on EK5023/5024 (operated by Qantas). If travel is booked in the First Class cabin then the passenger will be re-booked into the Business Class cabin. A partial refund of AUD800 in each direction will be provided. This excludes redemption passengers.Passengers can be rebooked on EK services. One FOC change is permitted before or within 7 days of the original travel date in the same RBD.
