25.01.2022 What a start to a new working week, had a truck in for the fitment of new brake pads and ended up well having to disassemble the whole rear drive axle assembly and ordering new wheel bearings, brake rotors, brake pads and assembly kits for the seized brake calipers....

15.01.2022 Pulled the Engine out of a Skid Steer due to water in the engine oil (sump was full of water), once I got it fully disassembled and stripped down I found that the head gasket completely failed and also top of the cylinder head not looking to good on one particular cylinder... ALL FUN AND GAMES

13.01.2022 Had another job today with a brake issue on a car. When braking the pedal would shudder and the steering wheel would vibrate. Inspected rotors all round, all warped due to high braking temperatures over the years, also found some pitting on the rear rotors. Fitted new rotors all round and inspected the brake pads (inspect for amount of friction material still left on the pad, uneven wear, high spots on the friction material or if they had glazed over and become hard) Went for a test drive after the job was completed with owners, lets just say they were extremely satisfied with both the quality of work, the time it took to complete the job (due to it being there only car) and the overall price compared to the independent mobile mechanic’s : Photo of a pitted rear rotor below :

09.01.2022 Clutch friction plate worn down to the rivits, as a result: -Excessive heat on the flywheel creating hot spots and even deep heat cracks. New flywheel needed. will post results by end of week.

07.01.2022 *UPDATE* Clutch fork for the throw-out bearing absolutely worn out, definitely seen better days! As a result clutch system premature failure Will post a finished and updated result within days.... *Here is the new throw-out bearing fork repair kit installed in the comments below*

05.01.2022 Seized adjuster for a/c compressor belt was another good job Update in the comments eventually freed it with help from heat, WD-40 and 3/4 rattle gun reinstalled and adjusted on vehicle with copper anti-seize on the threads. $Always use anti-seize ladies and gents it saves a lot of pain$ Picture below in comments of it back on vehicle
