Although the effects of COVID-19 still impact us, we are seeing massive changes and hopefully someday soon we can get back to our normal way of living. From June 1 we will be back to normal trade. 05.01.2022 Its 2020 and its time to stick to those resolutions we all intend on keeping throughout the year but slowly let fade away. Well not this year! Ive set myself goals and I intend on conquering them all. Fun fact: Ive joined a total of 4 gyms to which I only ever visited once or twice. But 2020 happened and I decided to turn a new page and start making better choices for myself and my life. So here they are ... 1. Ive found a quite little gym that suits me and motivates me to go, I plan to go 3-4 times a week. 2. I want to start eating breakfast. Yup, Ive been living on coffee for the past few years each morning instead of a wholesome breakfast. I want to be more conscious of what I eat and whats going to give me the most energy and nutrition. 3. I hardly drink water (so bad I know) like if I had to tell you when I last drank a bottle of water I wouldnt even know the answer. So I intend on drinking more water everyday, at least 1L. 4. I have personal mental health issues I need to rise above. God has a plan for us all and I need to learn to let what will be, be. 5. I want to see our savings double by the end of the year. 6. I want to travel more and stress less. 7. I starting building my own website last year for my makeup portfolio. Since doing this I have attracted some new clients but my vision is to create something more, this will be happening mid this year.. stay tuned! 8. For almost a year now Ive been alcohol free, I indulge from time to time but gone are the days my alter ego Natalia surfaces I want to enjoy celebrations without the hangovers the next day. 9. I want to be more spontaneous with my time. 10. Lastly, I want to be the happiest, healthiest, loving and best version of myself. I strive for growth and this year thats what I want the most and to truly be happy for all my blessings because life is so precious that sometimes we forget to stop and admire what we already have. #growthmindset #newyearsresolution #goals #watchthisspace
