02.01.2022 Hi Guys Awesome job signing up to the 6 week challenge, key points to follow -use my fitnesspal to track in take -set to lose half a kg a week -weigh self in morning tomorrow ... -eat consistently for next week at set calories -use booklet guide to select food choices -weigh yourself in a week time to see if you lost weight and contact me if you haven’t -set protein intake to at least 1.8gram of protein of ideal body weight and one gram of fat per ideal body weight and fill rest with carbohydrates You are welcome to push more of a caloric deficit, but I feel a half kg loss a week is the most sustainable. More aggressive weight loss can result in more muscle mass lost, metabolic damage or extreme difficulty to adherence. Any questions feel free to shoot and a reminder that Thursday HIIT class will be provided free. I will also provide you with one free personal training session if you need aid in the training aspect.
