25.01.2022 Chicken stir fried with shallots and lemongrass is a humble but exceedingly tasty dish. Together with steamed rice, it is a satisfying lunch for only a tenner at our restaurant.

24.01.2022 Calling all vegetarians, you need to try our tofu with vermicelli noodle salad. You can either dip tofu into the sauce or pour the sauce over the whole bowl and mix everything together. Either way, you won’t disappoint

20.01.2022 According to Wikipedia, "Bún ch is a Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodle, which is thought to have originated from Hanoi, Vietnam. Bún ch is served with grilled fatty pork over a plate of white rice noodle and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce. People in Hanoi eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they just can’t get enough of Bún. We present our version of Bún noodle salad with choices of pork or tofu. It’s such a versatile dish that great in all seasons and all day.
